Very bad service

I am visiting Cradock and went into Spar. As I was standing inline at the cigarette counter, another customer was helped before me and I was waiting 15mins in the que. I told the lady I was next but the Spar employee did not utter a word. I asked her where the que started and she told me there is 2 sides but there was no indication that another line was at the right. She further wanted to leave the cashpoint but I told her to help the lady first and then she can help me. This is very bad customer service and I cant belive it.
