Very bad service

I had a problem with the lady at the till. I had to repeat myself to her 4 times to try get her to understand. I told her if she does not know what to do she needs to call someone. She clicked her tongue at me and swore me in another language. Thinking that i dont understand. I raised my voice as I was upset. The mangers came and told me not to talk to his staff with a tone. Instead of asking me what the problem was and see how he could help. When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and told all the staff not to give his name. I send my friend to the spar the following day to find out his name. I tried taking a photo of him but he was hiding his face. The service is extremely bad. How do you tell a client off????
