Very bad overall service

After about three times getting rotten meat at this spar we decided to go on Saturday to get lamb as they has a nice special. when we got there the manager informed me that there was no meat that was cut so we should come back the Sunday before one then he can keep it aside for me, i went back the Sunday at 10h45, the manager did not even know who i was and told me that all the meat was picked up already, so he does not know who gave my meat to someone else. he said that he would phone me when they got more meat and i can pick up. i asked him for a pack of about R400. they phoned me this morning and said i can pick up my meat, got there again, and they only has a pack of R530, i asked them to make it smaller.. the butchery called another manager, she came to tell us that they cant actually do that, but she will take out all the chops and give me ribs and the roast for R400... who wants that? my husband asked for the owners number, they would not give it to us. we had to go to the same shop 3 times that wasted petrol and time, and got nothing... just bad attitude. we do all our shopping at spar, and this is the tanks we get??
