Very bad customer service from management

I went to spar Thornhill I was buying Excell cooking oil they had 2 different prices when I ask to pay with the cheaper price they told me no i can't it was a mistake then they removed the price the tall Zcc guy who didn't had name badge was very rude they white guy who is a manage was not useful also that's such a bad customer service
