Very bad customer service

Yesterday ( 31 January 2023 ) around past 12 . There was a short dark in complexion guys who was not wearing a name tag at SUPERSPAR RIVONIA CROSSING. He was helping the lady at the buffet, very rude and wants to choose what you have to eat yet it's called a buffet , you know what you want to eat. He ended up telling me straight to my face that he's not going to help me and continued helping other people.
