Very bad and abusive service

On the 25th I went grocery shopping at Spar East London I went straight to the butchery where apparently its a self serve you just ask the consultant for plastic so I wanted some wors and the was no tong for me to use I asked the consultant by the Name of Amanda for a tong she rep**** and said that she does not know where it is and it is not her problem that it's not there as they had placed them In the trays I did not respond, so I ask for another plastic as I need to use it now to get the wors as I started picking the peaces of wors she snatched the plastic of my hand I ask what I you doing she said you not allowed to use plastic I said OK then why did you feel the need to snatch and hurt my hand instead of just asking me not to use plastic I then said I know that we must use a tong but now it's not available and I dnt just take the plastic I asked it from you, she rep**** you are not going to come Here and give me attitude at my job I knew right there she lacks values let me not carry on fighting with her I went to the manager explained the whole scenario the asked for to go back to the butchery where he can get her side it went south as she did not even respect the manager and kept on talking back to him she said I don't care about management am also management I don't care about this job my husband works for the municipality. For me right there I regretted ever shopping at that store
