Very angry mother

I am raging with anger. My helper and two girls, a 12 year old and four year old went to Spar Birch gate in Birchacres to send money. On their way out of the store they were accused of *****ing, they were taken to a back room where my elders daughter was searched and nothing was found in their possession; no one accompanied them out of that room. No one apologized for the inconvenienced caused. My children were traumatized as to what was happening as they have never experienced such before. My children are well taught. Spar Birch gate did not even check their footage to proof what they were suspecting my children of. I am very angry because my kids and helper came home traumized and crying. This was uncalled for and I want an apology. I am a regular customer and I always go there with my kids but now I don't think I will go there as my children were embarrassed for no reason at all.
