Very angry customer.

Spar is verulam which used to be golden gate is the worst place to shop.. Their quality is terrible and their customer service is even worse. I did an online order on Sunday morning and waited the entire day. Tried to call over 10 times only for them to call me at 5pm to say they having a online problem and tbag I need to cancel.. Thereafter I was very frustrated because it's the 2nd time that I am having a problem with my order. Eventually after speak to so many people a d telling them I will report them to head office they changed the order for Monday and promised it will arrive in the morning by 10am. Order comes at 13:30 the 2 litre ice cream was actually a litre of ice. Old and terrible..i tried to back but as usual there was no answer. Weather you go In store of online spar in verulam is the worst place to shop.. They don't care about the customer at all. I will never waste my time again. Unprofessional and don't care attitude. Bad food quality.
