Very angry!!

I went to spar known as 'bings' in east London cambridge west by voorpos school this morning to draw money at the ATM. After doing the transaction my card came out and the electricity went off so I did not recieve my money. When it came back on my money did not come out the machine but already came off my account. I told the manager I want my money because It is my last money and needed to pay school fees. He then said theres nothing we can do about it you will have to go to the bank and sort it out your self. Meanwhile all the staff standing there were told before the time to tell people the electricity would be going off so no one should use the machine and they did not do that. The manager and the staff had no care in the world for the fact that I may have lost my money and instead had a smirk on there faces as if it was funny. The guy that actually put the electricity off then started shouting and saying it's no ones fault and I must go because I am causing a seen. By this time I was extremely angry and in tears because I has lost my money and they had no care in the world. The least they could have done is tried to help but instead they just smiled and made it no big deal. I will never go back there or spend another cent at that shop because of how I was treated.
