Verbally abuses by Manager

I was just at Spar Morletta Park and I wanted to talk to the Manager about the horibble service I received from the cashier and he immidiatly started screaming and shouting at me!! I am a very loyal customer to Spar, but I will never put my foot in that shop again!! Why musy I as a woman be shouted and screamed at from a man??
