VC Superspar - No proof of admin fee

VC SuperSpark in Brakpan, I bought Prepaid electricity, via Pay@ bill payment Mukuru the payment was made, but the charged me an additional service fee, but cannot give me a slip, if i pay for anything, i should always be issued a slip, so R120 service fee was paid and no proof that it was paid, where did this money go
