VC Spar, cash transaction, no receipt, and bank fees charged?

VC Superspar Brakpan Mukuru voucher was bought today transaction ID *** transaction completed by Lilian Chakombera on the transaction completing Lilian informed me that i need to pay an additional transaction fee, - Cash, and there will not be a receipt for this, it is according to her, the bank fee involved 2 concerns 1 - who takes the cash 2 - why am i as customer responsible for banking fees for Spar.

the first time in my life i have had to pay something and not get a receipt...
