Utterly disgusted

Around the 14/2 I went to purchase items from the Whitfield spar as i always do, I usually go there to do my shopping for my catering as their pricing is good and so is their meat, I ordered 3 samoosas and 1 prawn rissole, I paid for all of them, when I opened the box there was 1 rissole and 1 samoosa, so firstly the inconvenience of somebody watching while tyhe other person ate, then when contacted , I was told the manager would get back to me, a person named mike phoned me back off his cell asking me to phone him back, he ran out of airtime, then secondly when called back I got put on hold, then no reponse eventually I hung up after spending about R20 airtime on a R20 purchase- nothing even though I left my no, then to my dismay I had purchased bulk pork sausages for prominent clients for a breakfast- the sausages were full of bones as in every bite- they were not impressed and my client has not contacted me back after much apologies, I then bought up this matter with head office who said it would be resolved within 7 days, No word, I contacted Glenda again 2 days ago and said it will be sorted,no word, this morning again an email no response,+2 packs of sour lamb chop no help
