Utterly disgraceful

Hi,

Id like to know how such a huge franchise/company and TOPS shop can turn a blind eye on one of their branches and how they treat their employees.

That a manager can make advances on a female employee and because of being rejected make the working environment a complete nightmare for her for 7 months leaving her to be forced to resign. To victimizing her and humiliating her in front of customers as well as the entire work facility in front of all the employees.

HR and supervisors are aware of what has been happening yet nothing has been done about this.

Today is her last day and the manager humiliated her once again in front of the entire shop and they refuse for her to leave earlier.

This is a real concern. A young girl that is relying on work and is forced to resign due to an uncomfortable work environment and now has to sit without work again.
