Uselles Celtisridge Spar

I made a payment at Spar celtisridge centurion,then the system disconnected,I got sms tht the payment went thru.money is off on my side in my bank.they say it didn't go off their side.i must wait a little it will reverse.its been 2 days no reversal yet .I've been to them 3 times already,they tell me I must go get a statement and they will take it from there.Whos gonna pay my petrol driving to bank for statement and driving to them 5 times.This is the worst service I ever received,I'm just putting it out there if this happens to u ,u gonna wait and they gonna mess u around like it was ur fault in the 1st place.so I'm just waiting for my money then I'm done with this Spar also.No one is of help ,manager just say sorry nothing he can do ,the office will sort it out.So be weary ppl ..this is the stuff tht happens behind the doors....
