Upsetting experience at Waterkloof Spar

We had a very upsetting experience tonight at Spar Waterkloof Corner in Pretoria. We went to buy some groceries when we heard yelling and saw the Spar manager (bald guy) assaulting a black guy. We found out that the black man concealed sweets in his jacket. I do not agree with *****ing, but the Spar manager could have acted differently. This was a very upsetting experience and kicking someone to the floor while they are already surrendering is not right. I will not support the Spar or bottle store next to it ever again. This is mismanagement. Doing this in the aisle in front of customers is NOT acceptable!
