Unworkable SPAR2U App by SPAR

The SPAR2U App hasn’t got any good reviews at all from what I can see anywhere online. Furthermore the only reason I discovered these terrible reviews was while I was searching to find out why neither of my iPhones (and yes, they have the latest software updates on them) cannot download the SPAR2U app for shopping purposes! I would have thought that SPAR would have at least had a decent App which is down loadable, at the very least, for iPhones! Really way behind the times for a store chain which in all honesty I would otherwise prefer to use than most of the other ones.
