Unsatisfactory service

I enquired at the counter of The Daily Coffee Cafe (inside Northwold Spar) if they serve a white hot chocolate drink for take away, I was told to sit and wait, 5 mins later the employee was still helping the other client, ever so slowly. I got the impression I was an inconvenience and thhe employee didnt want to serve me. I then approached one of the managers at the Northwold Spar. I recommend the employee be sent for further training, as to what stock they carry and for basic customer etiquette communications. Pathetic service.
