Unsatisfactory service

Good morning, I received a very bad service from SPAR Karenpark (Pretoria North) while I was waiting to purchase electricity units. There was no one to assist, I enquired, the response that I got was very disrespectful and not professional. However, I then spoke to the manager and asked him to discipline his staff. Please assist with this matter.
