Unsatisfactory responds when needed (Spar Golden Gate Verulam)

I was at the store in the morning 08H00 and i was so pressed due to my stomach being upset when i was at the till to pay. i asked the cashier, she refer me to the management, sadly they refused to allow me to use a bath and was told to go out to the garages or saloans to ask for the bathroom. i asked if i must leave my staff and go out and come back to pay n the lady said unfortunately thats how it is. at the particular none of the saloans were opens. I almost mess myself and asked one of the indians shop to assist me as am pressed. i do understands the bathrooms might to be available for public but they did was totally wrong as i did humble myself and also inform them that my stomach is upsets.
