Unsafe and Disrespectful Spar Policy

As a loyal Spar customer I stopped by a Spar ( Tasbet Superspar ) on my way from work yesterday ( 6/4/21) around 2:50pm to pick up groceries for the day. I had a good experience in store found what I wanted , Paid and took my 2 bags and left the store. Apon leaving , at the exit I suddenly feel someone grab my bags from behind and yank me back with it. A gentleman in black with no name tag or insignia and his mask pulled down start rummaging with bare hands through my bags. Touching my fresh meat and everything. On asking him what he is doing , he immediately gets aggressive and snarl at me that he is doing his job and have no time for my "Sh*t". Still trying to understand this disrespectful and totally unsafe behaviour in full view of spar staff , I ask again why in this time of social distancing and focus on hygiene do he not only hold on to me by is going through my food without the least bit of sanitation, He barks again that this is Spar procedure. Now here is my problem , He did the same to the person behind me and behind him ,literary touching everyone and everything without ant sanitation or protection. I disposed of the R220.22 Purchase of fresh food. If this aggressive , invasive and VERY DANGEROUS behaviour with regards to health and respect towards Customers is Spar Policy , please cancel my loyalty card and be sure I will not visit any Spar going forward
