UNRULY BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS A 14 YEAR OLD CHILD!!!

I am a daily shopper at Glenwood Superspar. For the last 10 years being a resident in the area, this was my preferred and trusted place to shop at. On the 07 August 2019 I sent my two sons to buy a few items. My 14 year old son was verbally abused by another shopper, an adult male who swore at him and attempted to assault and, my other son went between to intervene and prevent any attack on his brother. This shopper continued to harass both my sons. The manageress of Spar was watching the incident and once my sons paid with their card , the manageress instructed the guards to remove them from the store instead of the man who was abusive towards them. The manner in which they were removed was brutal as the guards used force, pushing and shoving and threw them down the stairs with their packets. First issue, what was the need and reason for this unruly behaviour? This is not acceptable as they were victimised and abused when another individual was in the wrong. 2. How can the manageress encourage this kind of behaviour , worst part of this all is that it involves a 14 year old child who was abused and injured and is now suffering from injuries to his left hand and his clothing damaged. My son who was in shock called me, his father to come to the store as his big brother was still being assaulted by the security to which I went immediately to ask the store manager what is going on and why were my sons were being harassed and as I approached the store, I was greeted by being pushed and shoved by 2 guards and thereafter surrounded by + - 10 guards with no explanation and I also witnessed my two sons being pushed down the entrance stairs of Spar again!!! I demand an explanation as to why they were manhandled and abused and if Spar promotes and accepts this kind of behaviour and treatment to their customers. Also why is this store so badly managed to have JUST ONE Tillpoint open to serve a long queue of customers at 19:45 ? Were they in a hurry to close up shop and throw customers out of the door when an opportunity presented itself?
