On 1 november 2024, I withdrew cash and bought food with a card at barkly west spar kalahari and accidentally left my money by the till. Despite reporting the incident immediately and speaking with staff, I've received no assistance. The store claims cameras aren't working, which contradicts their initial response.

I've tried resolving this issue amicably, but the lack of cooperation is concerning. I requested ntervention to: 1. Investigate the incident. 2. Review security footage (if available). 3. Recover my lost funds. I didnt get any assistance i was called yesterday 15h28 06th november 2024 by barkly west spar to their respond the lady who called said they cant do anything their cameras are not working and they trust their workers i tried telling them what happened but its as if im lying , i have been a customer over 2years without any problem but here am i they cant do anything,the lady said she will call the manager till date i havent got their respond#11 november 2024 today
