Unprofessional staff

Unprofessional staff Greetings, today I went to Spar at Mall of Tembisa and I was assisted by Future,she is so unprofessional, arrogant and rude I wanted to order 4 birthday cake and I asked for a catalogue or pictures of a cake they have made before she answered me with an attitude in her Tsonga language and I kept on repeating that I don't understand her language but she kept on talking that language,she needs to be taken for a proper customer service training because clearly she is lost and something must be done with her
