Unprofessional and ********* practice Spar witfied

I had a horrible experience yesterday at Spar witfied it's not the first time I had a bad experience with this Spar but I am fed up with this Spar. in my knowledge when it comes to a business you as staff and management must be professional in front of your customers and be careful on how you behave. Yesterday infront of every body that was paying at the tills I was one of them that witness how a old male I guess manager that was supposed to be on retirement speak down on a woman using words valgure language screaming at this poor woman like she was nothing he totally lost control every one was shocked he was not calmed down buy anyone in management there was no respect shown to the woman and customers we come with our small kids to places like this and my son had to witnesses and hear terrible words coming from such a old man I'm very disappointed I don't raise my kids in this environment. But like I said it's not my first time having to see such bad behaviour and service at Spar witfied Boksburg. I appeal to had office that you please investigate this matter management are not professional I have it with that lady I have seen with a cashier I had a personnel experience with one of the manager's when I brought cake back because Spar witfied is very good in sell expired cakes and food because they take advantage of the fact that there biggest client market is the black people that comes from the informal settlement close to them and they still sell it at the full price I'm so tired of this ******* and inhumane practice I'm planning to take this practice further. Please Spar had office I appeal get your house in order and please give us the same beautiful service that we receive when we go to Spar the square in East Rand.
