Unprofessional and pathetic service in a very unsafe environment to shop with kids

Yesterday I had a horrific and disappointing experience at Starwood Spar. My mum was at the Kiosk to purchase electricity and I entered the store with my 2 children aged 4 & 8. My mum was unsure how much electricity to purchase so she got my attention at the fresh produce section and I chatting to her from there. Whilst conversing with her my kids were beside me and my son was kicking his feet and being playful like any child would. He loves Soccer and is always pretending to kick a ball. The Security at the entrance got angry with him and slapped him on his stomach. Whilst talking to her I saw the security coming forward and hitting him on his stomach. I immediately questioned him as to why he hit my child and he got angry with me questioning him and told me that "he is teasing me and I'm not his age. If he behaves like that I will hit him again" I was shocked as to the response I received. I told him that he had no right to hit my child and I'm standing next to him, if he was offended/upset he could have approached me and told me about it. I would have disciplined my child accordingly and if he had done wrong made him appologise. But he started arguing with me and started shouting and swearing at me to intimidate me. I took it up to Managements attention and only the Indian lady at the desk was willing to assist, the other manager(indian man) showed no interest to what was happening in the store. I asked to view the footage to see what he did to the security. I saw him kicking his feet front like any child at that age would be doing, he was being a child. The security took offence and then came forward and hit him on his tummy. Management was oblivious has to whats happening in their store or to even deal with the situation. They kept covering up for the security saying he did not hit my child when it happened infront of me! The Manager told me I must to lay a charge if I want but they refused to divulge his details to me. When I told him I will put this up on Social Media the way patrons are treated in this store and Management has no interest in the well being of their patrons then only did he lift his head from the computer and asked the Security Supervisor to view the footage. The Supervisor still didn't want to give me the Security's name and told me I must lay a charge and only when the Investigating Officer comes in he will show him the footage. So I asked him when I go to lay a charge and they ask for his name what answer do I give the Police. He brushed me off and said "tell them the Security at Spar". How many securities are working in that store? The Manager then told him "give her the name" as to just get rid of me from the store. Absolutely NO WORK ETHICS or MANAGERIAL S****S! Very pathetic service to patrons that pay their salaries!
