Unpleasant service

I went to Jean Avenue spar in centurion, when I arrive I joined the queue, it wasn't moving so I went to the other till, the cashier took groceries from her till to the till I went to queue and said " next please ". I went back and asked for cash back, the lady said she just started her shift she doesn't have, I asked her to check with other cashiers, she approached the sangoma cashier and her response was "iyoo". I told her that by such response I'm not going to get cash back. She said she have R600 I asked if i can take R500, she started being rude and said " go there and take R500, I told her why she sounds as if is a forced. She said " Hai ok". I asked for the Manger. The rude lady at till 2 asked the sangoma lady to call the manager. I waited there while the sangoma lady was explaining the story to the manager. The manager by the name of Liz started by saying " its not like they are forcing you to take R500 that what they have". I asked the Manger, why didn't you greet me and ask why I wanted to see you?". She was consoling the cashier as if I've done something bad. Now I see where the bad attitude is coming from. Poor customer service from the manager. They sangoma lady started gossip with Shareen , she asked " o reng" and she just lowered her voice and start with gossip. I am a regular customer, I only get Excellent service from lady who sell food (pap, stew, chicken etc) the whole team is a mess. They require proper training
