Unpleasant customer service

I've never really stopped shopping at spar until last night the manager and security refused us entrance because we were wearing pyjamas. I asked where the policy or where the bylaw was written so that I can get some sort of understanding as to why. I was not given a reason or any written agreement. I was told all Spar's do this. This is the Spar in Gandhi Square.
