Unpleasant assistance at the Spar in St Georges Durban

I went to Spar to purchase a Powerball ticket, while at the lottery counter I noticed that there is daily lotto which I wanted information on how it is played, a lady by the name of Mbusoh rudely told me to take a ticket and scratch out the numbers I wanted to play or play quick pick,which is what I normally play the Powerball with. When i asked her do I get the winning numbers immediately like the umlabalaba lotto, this mbusoh lady just brushed me off with no eager to assist in any way as if I'm annoying her by asking her these questions. I then gazed at her name tag so that I can report her to her manager coz honestly that's not how you treat your customers, she quickly changes her attitude and started apologizing.

This is unacceptable behavior and needs to be addressed coz to me this means that had I not glanced at her name tag she was going to continue being rude to me. This woman is pregnant and if she feels she is no longer fit for duty then she should request maternity leave and a much more capable individual put in her place. I am utterly disgusted by her behaviour

I want to know what measures are going to be taken against her.
