Unjustifiable Fines and Poor Service: My Disappointing Experience with SPAR Pine Slopes (Is this a ****?!)

As a loyal customer of the SPAR group for 20 years, I was disappointed by a recent incident with a staff member at the SPAR Pine Slopes branch. While attempting to use their license renewal service, I was fined for the mistake of an employee, and despite my attempts to rectify the situation with Senior Ms Mothiba, I received no refund and was left without the service I needed. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the company, as they seem unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. I believe it would be more prudent to use the post office for license renewal, as their service is more reliable and cost-effective. The quality of service at SPAR Pine Slopes is subpar and does not meet the expectations of a long-standing customer like myself. Zero customer service, zero accountability, just distasteful, leaving much to be desired!!!
