Unipin / Spar south africa.

I bought a unipin voucher from spar and have recieved no token after sending the sms as requested by the slip. After sending emails and sms's to the number / email address provided on the slip i have had absolutely no responce from unipin / cigicell regarding a voucher pin that was sent but no token was recieved. The cigicell email address does not exsist and neither does the call centre. This is totaly unacceptable as this product they supply is not the something that can just be sorted out some other time. And their claim that there is a 24/7 365 support email and sms number is absolute trash as there is no responce from either of those contact details.

I hope Spar South Africa sees this and deals with it. It does not look good on Spar when their suppliers have such terrible support systems in place.
