Unhelpful Managers

<p>I went to Tops at SPAR on Tuesday the 30th August at 7pm. I bought my stuff and went home. The next morning I realised that my purse was missing and then rushed back to SPAR at 9am as that was the only place I had been. I asked the lady at the cashier (who was there the night before) whether I had left it there or someone had picked it up. She was very helpful and said she remembered me and that I didnt leave it. She then suggested that we look at the camera's. She then directed us to Koos. Koos was so disinterested, had such and attidude and told us that he was just there really and can't help as Moses, the guy that operates them wasn't there. We then asked for he manager. Off we went to Wayne on the other side of Spar. So unhelpful and also not interested. He said it was impossible to rewind the camera's, they were for shoplifting and in real time. I'm so confused.. Why would the cashier suggest it if it was impossible? </p> <p>I am so disapponited as I use that store often and now I don't feel safe there. They honestly don't care about their customers or their safety in their store. </p> <p>The joys of being a victim of crime... and the store doesn't care. </p>
