Unhappy with false adverti*****t

I saw a special on the local community newspaper called Polokwane Observer so I decided to visit my nearest spar in polokwane at corner hospital and market street , platinum park and also spar fauna Park so that I can benefit on this savings.To my surprise non of the local spar is running this special. I was disappointed and angry cause I went to 3 spar and I even took the newspaper that I saw the advert with when I visited this spar.If is not for the locals in Polokwane this special who is it for?why advertise it in the community newspapers.
