Unhappy customer

Everytime I do my shopping at Superspar Melville's corner in Plettenbergbay, I always get the "wrong price" experience and I've had it now! There will be a shelf fully packed with a product when you get to the till it'll scan a different price then your staff have the audacity to tell me that I should check if the barcode and description match the item I took from the shelf. Is it my responsibility as a shopper to check that or the staff member unpacking and filling the shelfs? I'm a shopper I check/look for the price!
