Unhappy customer

So I went to spar to get cash back. The lady who was assisting me, her speed point jammed. So she asked the supervisor by the Name of Rebecca to bring a speed point so that they can give me the cash. Rebecca said since you are not buying you can wait while I assist others who are buying. So I wanted to know if people who request cash back are supposed to be be treated differently? And we always experience problems whenever we need cash back. Either they don't have money or you must buy something before they give you the money.It is Spar Soshanguve block FF.
