unhappy customer

Good day as i write this email im hurt and disrespected as a customer i went to Spar in Kempton Park at corner blackthorn and De Wiekus road Van Riebeeck Park to buy Rainbow Simply chicken on promotion which on the phamplat is written as "R36. 99" but suddenly the guy by the name of Mpho removed the price right after I took 2 palony, the Supervisor named by Sena did not want to change the pricing as they say there was error on the pricing but where I took the palony there was never any error message there. Sena had the decency to argue with me as a customer and cant even apologize but keeps on arguing with me. I feel very disrespected, the customer service was very poor and if Sena is a supervisor doesn't she know that the pricing the customer sees is the price she gets. the fact that I was wearing a uniform she took advantage of that. can they please check the cameras as to where was the apology message and the palony were not at thr same places. even the cashier commented to say why is the supervisor arguing with you as a customer instead of overwriting it but the supervisor went on and on
