Unhappy customer

Went to spar to buy food for lunch waited for so long on the queue to helped as others,tall light in a skin woman came from the back of the kitchen,she help the guy who has just arrived at the store ,living us there and she gave the guy all forgotten about ,and went to her she was rude ,try to go to the manager but he'd nowhere to found and I've written then an email as unhappy customer but no success Won't ever buy food at khathorus spar at vosloorus crossing it's bad service through the kitchen staff they're all have no respect for customers
