Unhappy customer

Bought online from superspar clayville 1 item was canceled due to no stock . I have been waiting for my refund from the 18/12/2024 to date.

How is it that a refund takes more than 3 weeks to reflect into my account. I keep calling the store, and the manager is hardly there.
