Spar Old Oak refused to replace the two packs of bacon rashes. I bought it end of April and put it in the freezer. After a week I opened it for a braai and the meat was off. I got a chance today to take it pack to Spar and the manager on duty , Hendrik , said it was to long ago . I explained that the meat was frozen but this was not taken in consideration . so if you buy meat at Spar you have to eat it before the sell by date and that means it cant be frozen. Spar needs to update their policy that no meat that gets frozen will be refunded
