Unfairly treatment

We went to buy 4th street wine at spar leondale and when we pulled the box from the shelve unfortunately the bottle next to it fell and broke so one of the workers said you break you pay, we then asked to see the manager so we can explain what transpired, the lady went to call the manager after few minutes she came back and said the manager says the same thing of breaking and paying so she demanded that we pay that R90 for the bottle, I then asked for the managers name she said it's Jacob I believe spar Leondale has mistreated us a loyal customer without even doing proper investigation on how the bottle broke..
