Unfairly treated

I went to Spar Umtentweni, I drew money from an ABSA ATM inside the Spar so that I can deposit for my family via instant money. From the money I drew there was a R200 note that had tape on the top middle. They refused to take the note and yet drew the money inside their shop. They said if I don't give them another R200 note they will cancel the transaction.
