Unfair treatment from the manager

My sister needed to take out money at superspar tow square (Richards Bay ) at around 09:52. Her car had a puncture on her way to work(hospital ) she had to withdraw money to pay the mechanic as the car was just by spar ,upon arrival the manager nokwethaba nzuza told her that she can’t assist her and she must try another outlet as they don’t have money at 09:52. I wouldn’t recommend essential workers to go to superspar Richards Bay as the manager find no need to prioritise them. Superspar townsquare is one of the busiest shops and couldn’t assist an essential worker who had to be at work.
