Unfair treatment

I was making a quick shopping at spar at the Reeds in rooihuiskraal ... in the kioski queue I accidentally dropped one yogurt. The manager made me pay for the product even I tried to exchange it. I am not happy with the service the spar manager has given us as it happened accidentally. I feel as though I've been unfairly treated and the situation was not handled in the best way possible. In addition we were forced to pay for a product I didn't even leave the store with because it was damaged.
