Unfair treatment at Spar Kenilworth

I sent my daughter and her friend to Spar to buy bread. Kids being kids they were going around the shop eye shopping until they got the bread. When about to go a security lady called them into the guard room and started searching them accusing them of *****ing chocolates... They body searched them and when they couldn't find anything let them go. My girls were traumatized by the experience. When I went bto enquire at the shop about the incidence they said it's their system. They search everybody. Told me to go to shoprite or any other shop if I felt it was wrong. My question was did my daughters look suspicious or did they do anything suspicious as I would also like to know the reason behind being randomly taken to a guards room and searched. I'm certainly not happy with the treatment of my daughter and the response I got when I went to enquire. I need information on the procedures and how they randomly pick someone for searching....
