Unfair dismissal

Goodday I am here to report misconduct of management of Spar Mathambo, reason being that I was dismissed unfairly.The reason for my contention is based on the fact that I've been accused of insulting the manager and assaulting the HR mànager,which is baseless and unfounded,I would like the Head office to take up this matter,for the reason that I tried to spoke with the manager until I got unfairly dismissed with the reasons that are contradictory, there is a voice recordings that is in position with the manager and Organizer that was used as evidence of which there were no insults in the conversation uttered . Moreover a case of common assault was opened against me on unfounded contradictory evidences. I would like the Head office to look upon this matter in good faith as I'm unhappy with the outcome.
