Undermining SASA recipients

on the 6/03/2023 made a transaction with SASA card and the EFT machine went off line the money was out of the card the manager was called at ghandi spar and i was told it will reverse if it does not reverse i must bring the post office statement that shows the money did not reverse then promised to be reimbursed, the statement from post office that state clearly the money was out at spar ghandi and never reversed back to the card was given to Nokulunga the store Manager, she then put the blame on the eft machine that it was not their fault and im not going to be reimbursed the money, the store manager takes advantage of the SASA recipients, because she never did what she promised she would do by reversing back the money to the card as the transaction happened in their store.
