Undermine customers

I was at the retail to make a purchase of a lottery ticket on the 07/02/2015 at 14h47, and I was helped by the lady called Prudence at the above time and she started to tell me that I'm bringing cents and buying with cents at the shop. Then I tried to speak to her not to say that to me otherwise I will report her to her managers / supervisors, then she told me to proceed to the managers/ supervisors. Then I explained to this gentleman. Instead of dealing with the problem on the sport, the supervisor told me that it is the normal way that the cashier normally behaves I must not be worried. The supervisor didn't help me anyhow. But then I was left like that by the supervisor I had to deal with the situation myself.
