Unacceptable Customer service

Good day, our sister in Australia paid online for a gift voucher. And paid for over night courrier. Except for the 5 day delay of receiving the gift voucher. I contacted the number provided to activate the gift card. There was no answer. I tried twice. No indication of office hours either. Now I dont have an activated gift card till Monday and a lot less airtime. This is unacceptable. Person would expect them to be available on a Saturday as their brances are open every day of the week. Really pathetic. I will not be supporting spar anymore.
