unacceptable!!!

Have you ever had just enough money in your account to buy your weekly purchases ? Well it happend to me today. I went to your valhalla branch to buy some groceries. I swiped my card the cashier told me it declined and tried again. I received the sms from the bank stating it went through. Called the manager which had an bad attitude towards the situation . Didnt even try to help told me it will be reversed in 7 days. In the meanwhile? Must go to sleep hungry every night until they sort out their stuff? Ill never buy at spar again!!! I will be posting a piece in the paper aswell about my incident<br>
