Unable to send my copy of ID to activate my SPAR Voucher, no one prepared to help

I received a SPAR voucher at the netball. We had to phone a number to activate the card. I phoned, "the number you dialed does not exist" or "There is no one available to answer your call". I've send an email to ***, no answer. I went to see a lady at the SPAR in Bloemfontein, they are not allowed to assist us, she gave me a number. I got through to the SPAR number ***, they said I must send an email to Bernice with my ID and other details. I've send the email, it came back, saying "Your email conflicts with a policy in your organization (I'm a individual). The message was not delivered. Issues Your email message conflicts with one or more of the recipient's organization policies Please take corrective actions as necessary" I phoned Bernice, she said I must send the info on WhatsApp on the 0860 number, I did, immediately get a message "Sorry, this is an automated service and we aren't able to process and respond to images and videos with a lot of bull further. So, there were a lot of these voucher given to the netball girls and no one can do single thing with it. What must we do? We got the voucher because of our silver medal. Is this client service? I don't think so. I'll tell every one who wants to know about my bad experience
